Before Delivery

If you cancel before we begin editing, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion, minus any preparation costs.

After Delivery

We offer unlimited revisions within scope to achieve your desired result. If the deliverable is technically unusable, we will fix or re-deliver at no cost.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited. We provide clear scope, timestamps, and delivery evidence for payment processors.
