1. Services

ShortFormFactory provides short-form video editing services as described on the Services page. Specific deliverables depend on the chosen package and add-ons.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are paid upfront via PayPal. Work begins after payment confirmation. Prices are in USD.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide licensed/owned content (video, audio, images, fonts).
• Supply accurate instructions and timely feedback.
• Ensure any provided music is properly licensed.

4. Revisions

Unlimited revisions are offered within the scope of the selected package. Major changes outside scope may require an additional fee.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery times are listed per service. Rush delivery is available as an add-on. Turnaround may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original materials. Final edited deliverables are licensed to you upon full payment. We may use anonymized snippets for portfolio unless you request otherwise.

7. Music & Copyright

We are not liable for copyright claims arising from client-provided assets, including music. We offer royalty-free options upon request.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShortFormFactory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

9. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Digital services are generally non-refundable once delivered unless technically unusable.
